Effectiveness evaluation of the joint operation system is an important basis for demonstration and development weapon equipment. With consideration that existing models effectiveness seldom describe structural relationship among equipment clearly as well reflect dynamic, analog-to-digital converter-graphical review technique (ADC-GERT) network parameter estimation model proposed based on ADC structure. Firstly, analysis structure process conducted to build GERT network, where subsystems are nodes activities directed arches. Then mission calculated by model.
